I have a family law practice that operates in Cook County and Kane County. We are a growing and active practice that emphasizes team work and serving the client's interests. We will not seek to provoke litigation and adjudicated resolutions, but we also will work towards reasonable settlement where possible. I am willing to discuss the position with recent law grads who just took the July 2024 bar exam as well as attorneys with a few years experience. We are willing to train in the area of family law. We expect our attorneys to run a case load of around 25 (twenty-five) plus cases. It depends on the complexity of issues within the case load of our attorneys. I am a three-time, Super Lawyer in family law for Illinois and am also willing to train the right candidate. Our attorneys must be willing to conduct litigation and be willing to attend court appearances on your own or soon after hire. We will prepare you for each appearance. A Family Law background is not mandatory but would garner preference. I have a principal office in Arlington Heights, IL and a satellite location in St. Charles, IL. It is a flexible environment. Preference will be given to a bi-lingual attorney in Spanish as our clientele is maybe 60% Spanish speaking. I have a commitment to excellence in fundamentals.
